The definitive guide to Cornwall's underground culture, music, and events.
The definitive guide to Cornwall's underground culture, music, and events.

Four local artists converge at Cornwall's historic clay works to explore the transformative power of the county's white gold legacy. Sarah Davies, Justine Hambly, Eleanor Russell and Olivia Drew present Claylines – a compelling exhibition that reimagines the china clay landscape through diverse artistic mediums including collage, ceramics, printmaking and mixed media.
Set within Wheal Martyn's atmospheric industrial heritage site, this thoughtful curation reflects on Cornwall's geological story and its enduring influence on contemporary creative practice. The Roger Preston Gallery provides an evocative backdrop, where the ghosts of clay extraction meet bold artistic interpretation.
Each artist brings their distinctive perspective to bear on this uniquely Cornish narrative, creating works that speak to both landscape and legacy. Selected pieces will be available for purchase, offering visitors the chance to take home a fragment of Cornwall's artistic renaissance. The exhibition runs daily and is included in standard museum admission.
