We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service:
Email address. Collected when you generate a video (free or paid tier). Used to deliver your video and, if you opt in, to send event information and marketing emails.
Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC. We store only the Stripe session ID to link payments to video requests.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-3NGR24B3YJ) to understand how people use the platform. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out using browser extensions or cookie settings.
Error data. We use Sentry to capture application errors. This may include your browser type, operating system, and the page you were on when an error occurred. It does not include personal information.
We use your data to deliver the service you requested (video generation and delivery), process payments through Stripe, improve the platform based on usage patterns, monitor and fix technical errors, and, if you opt in, send you information about events in Cornwall.
We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the platform:
Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), ElevenLabs (AI voiceover generation), Anthropic (AI text generation), and Google Cloud / Vertex AI (AI image generation).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Email addresses are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and communicate with you. Payment records are retained as required by UK financial regulations. Usage and error data are retained according to the default retention periods of Google Analytics and Sentry.
