Escape to the Cornish Coast this autumn for four restorative days at Palm Court Retreats – a beautifully appointed colonial style house tucked away at the top of the historic fishing village of Polperro, with subtropical Gardens, sauna, hot tub, and the South West Coast Path on your doorstep.

The Golden Autumn: Ocean and Soul Retreat is an intimate women’s wellness retreat led by Kundalini teacher Kaye Sutcliffe – just eight guests, one group and four days of deeply restorative practice by the sea.

Each day begins with a 90 minute Kundalini yoga session, followed by nourishing home-made breakfasts, group workshops focused on nervous system regulation and reconnection, and afternoon activities including sauna sessions, forest meditation and coastal walks. Evenings are gentle with candle lit dinners, sound healing, yoga Nidra and conversation that comes naturally when women feel truly held.

The main house, your sanctuary, has six individually designed bedrooms, several with ensuite, all styles with natural materials, fresh white walls and a calm quiet luxurious feel. Palm Lodge sits alongside – housing the yoga studio, a cosy wood clad ranch styled space. Shared areas include a generous practical kitchen, a spacious light airy dining room, a cosy log fire sitting room, and two sun drenched terraces perfect for autumn morning coffee.

The retreat includes all accommodation, all meals (locally sourced and home-made), yoga, breathwork, meditation, a cacao ceremony, a fire ceremony, sound healing and group workshops. No yoga experience is needed – just an open mind.

Led by Kaye of Yoga On The Move, a former corporate digital marketer with over decade of Kundalini teaching experience, this retreat was created for women who give a lot and are ready to receive something for themselves. Skeptics especially welcome.
