Celebrating one of the greatest songwriters of all time, through the unique voices of the artists she continues to inspire. Following a revered debut at the Roundhouse in 2024, two sold out tours and widespread critical acclaim, The Cornish Bank are thrilled to bring Songs of Joni Mitchell to play the magical Minack Theatre in Cornwall this Autumn. Jesca Hoop & Lail Arad, acclaimed singer-songwriters in their own right, perform intimate interpretations of their favourite Joni Mitchell songs.

Originally conceived and curated by Lail Arad to mark Joni Mitchell’s 80th birthday, the show was described as “a perfect celebration of Joni Mitchell”, packed with “heartfelt and intricate performances”. They are joined by special guest performers at every port, each bringing something new to Joni’s inexhaustible catalogue. Previous guests have included Kate Stables (This Is The Kit), Vashti Bunyan, Simon Armitage, Lisa Hannigan, Gail Ann Dorsey, Rachel Sermanni, Emeli Sandé and Sam Amidon.
